自助申请WhatsApp企业版用户如何查询自身WhatsApp账户状态？附加账户受限处理教程
首先，登录申请WhatsApp企业版的Facebook，打开Facebook的商业账号后台（点击https://business.facebook.com/business-support-home/）。登录账号信息之后，找到右下角为View my accounts（查看我的账户）这个按钮。
找到Business accounts（业务账户）并点击进去，这个就是你的WhatsApp API号。(注意：上面的是WhatsApp的个人账号， 不要点击错)
找到最下方的账号信息，被封的账号会显示Account disabled（账号已禁用），我们再点击这个账号。
然后找到右边蓝色的Request review（复审）并点击。
这里要注意一下：
如果Request review（复审）上有一个“更新业务信息”的按钮，则可能是因为“找不到其商务管理平台信息中列出的网站”而停用账户。这时候需要先更新网站，再复审。点击“更新业务信息“，修改成一个可以正常打开的网址。点击Request review，复审原因在下方有模板。
最后就进到了申诉的页面，我们可以根据WhatsApp每个API账号被封号的不同理由进行申诉。接着就是点击Submit（提交）然后等待申诉结果即可。

1、因为“找不到其商务管理平台信息中列出的网站”而停用账户：

2、使用过程或者刚刚申请的账户禁用：
